Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most important questions about Alwisr, the free test week and your consent.

What is Alwisr?

Alwisr is a program that runs in the background. It connects to applications such as email and CRM, finds recurring workflows and automates them once you consent.

What does the test week cost?

The test week is free. For seven days, Alwisr tests in the background which workflows can be automated.

Does Alwisr change anything without my consent?

No. Alwisr proposes automations. An automation is deployed into your systems only after you have agreed.

How does Alwisr protect my data?

We do everything we can to protect client data. When Alwisr runs entirely in Germany, your data does not leave German data centres. If you use language models (LLMs) outside Germany, the data passes through our pseudonymisation first.

Where is my data hosted?

On request, entirely in Germany: Alwisr itself, everything Alwisr stores, and the language models then run only in German data centres. Your own applications such as email and CRM stay where they are run today.

Which applications does Alwisr connect to?

To the applications your business already uses, for example email and CRM. Alwisr complements these systems and does not replace them.

What happens after the seven days?

Alwisr proposes the automations that delivered value during the test week. You decide which of them are deployed.

What does "deterministic automation" mean?

A deterministic automation follows fixed rules: on the same input it always acts the same way. That keeps what it does traceable.

What technology is behind Alwisr?

Alwisr combines large language models (LLMs) with deterministic processes, classic machine learning and hybrid RAG for knowledge collection. The automations run as fixed rules.
